Hello everyone! My name is Briggs and I just started doing art about a year ago. I always avoided art in school and after graduating with a math degree (yea yea I know what was I thinking!) I decided to go for the dream and try major in video game art and design. Well to get into that program, you need a portfolio.....I didn't know how to draw!! So I bought "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Drawing Basics", read it cover to cover, put a portfolio together, and got in!

So here I am a year later, past all the drawing circles and squares and now into classes like Digital Storytelling and soon-to-be 2D animation.

Anyways, I have been busy with school and work so really have not had any time to do independent work. However I should have a lot more this summer!!! Right now, all I have is a manga sketch I did a long time ago. More work will be coming soon! Check back this summer/fall!
